Jewellery Items

All sales of jewellery items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any jewellery once purchased. This policy helps ensure the integrity, authenticity, and security of every piece we sell.

We encourage customers to review all product details, photographs, and measurements carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions prior to buying, please contact us—we are glad to help you make an informed decision.

Gemstones

We allow returns of loose gemstones only, subject to the conditions below:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  • The gemstone must be returned in the exact condition it was received, with all original packaging and any accompanying documentation.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned gemstone, we will confirm whether it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If the returned gemstone shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or substitution, we reserve the right to decline the return and no refund will be provided.
  • Shipping costs for returned gemstones are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jaja Gems disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or return of any item. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
