Here is a lovely treat for antique brooch collectors. Set with a high quality crystal opal and a small, but extremely shiny natural old European cut diamond, this is a brooch that a Victorian era lover has likely gifted to their partner. It has no stamps, but has been electronically tested to be 15ct gold and possibly higher in some findings. The pin has been replaced and is steel. The safety pin is also gold and intact. Would make a great addition to any antique collectors pile. Found from a British woman’s Grandma’s antique collection.
